President of S.A.L.T comments on BINCHMARK services.

"I have found a wonderful partnership by using BINCHMARK's products and services. Their support team and staff made it possible for my vision to come to life in the grandest way possible. I am very pleased with their professional marketing and web design team as well as the guidance they provided to me when it came to enhancing the visibility of S.A.L.T. BINCHMARK was capable of taking my dream by creating an awesome wave of excitement across the Hampton Roads area. The day my website was launched, the response from Hampton Roads was phenomenal. I applaud their management skills as they walked me through the business development process which allowed me to understand the branding side of my organization.

BINCHMARK taught me a valuable lesson when it came to presentation and quality. I can't thank them enough for making S.A.L.T's Inaugural Gala a successful event. It is because of their experience, expertise and guidance that this organization has been so successful. I am so excited about the up coming television show that BINCHMARK will be producing and developing for Salt in the near future. I know I made the right choice when I allowed them to partner with me. This ministry will never be the same again, and for this I thank them."

BINCHMARK and Hampton Roads LIVE Network head up a Non-Profit Adoption Program (NAPA).

Hampton Roads, VA (November 2010) - BINCHMARK the innovative consulting, marketing, media, and management company and Hampton Roads LIVE Network announces its implementation of The Non-Profit Adoption Program (NPAP). NPAP is a vision of President, Chance Wilson. This program is designed to increase development support for local non-profit organizations and to create greater interaction and social awareness within the community. The NPAP is based on adopting non-profit organizations that are willing to invest in themselves, interested in building relevant and purposeful partnerships among other organizations, encourage diversity, and are actively seeking to engage their communities.

Through this adoption program the multitude of development, comprehensive marketing, training, and promotion campaign services of BINCHMARK and Hampton Roads LIVE Network are provided to these non-profit organizations. There are hopes that this program will attract other companies to join NAPA and eventually become available throughout the region and possibly the nation. In the Hampton Roads area alone there are a myriad of non-profit organizations with little development, strategic planning, marketing, social awareness, and professional media services. BINCHMARK and Hampton Roads LIVE Network are providing services rarely utilized and rendered for non-profit organizations.

One of the first organizations adopted under NPAP is S.N.V., Inc. (Survivors Not Victims). S.N.V. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in 2007. The mission of this organization is to help victims of sexual abuse realize that there can be a life of success after abuse. The organization was founded by Ms. Veronica V. Thomas who herself is a former victim and now survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Through her own personal experience with abuse and most of the methods used to treat victims of abuse, she has created a program that is more personal and useful for a victim to help them become true survivors. S.N.V. focuses on programs of education, counseling, and training. This approach provides comfort and support for each individual’s circumstance and to assist them with acquiring and rebuilding self-esteem and confidence. It also provides the necessary building tools to help them with inner growth to become more empowered to be a survivor and not a victim.

S.N.V., Inc. has 3 operational programs:

Summer Food and CACFP Child and Adult Care Food After School Program: S.N.V., is providing hope, strengthening minds, and nurturing bodies through health and nutrition. Through this program S.N.V. serves thousands of free meals a day for kids and teens for the summer and afterschool programs. S.N.V. realizes that unfortunately there are children that are in low to moderate income families that receive reduced or free lunches and may eat during the school day and possibly not see another meal until the following school day. S.N.V. is a sponsor that provides free meals to sites that offer an afterschool program for children.

Performing Arts & Mentoring Program: S.N.V. Inc.’s program aims to help save the lives of our children by teaching them the necessary survival skills by a method that is fun and yet affective. The programs overall goal is to provide a safe and positive outlet for our youth to learn the seriousness of sexual abuse, gang violence, peer pressure, online predators, and much more. The program teaches them through the art of theatre where they learn how to be aware, how to prevent, and how to recognize and overcome situations they face on a daily basis.

S.N.V., Inc. Sexual Abuse Support Group Meetings: S.N.V. facilitates supportive services every other Saturday. At the S.N.V’s support group past experiences of sexually abuse are discussed. S.N.V. reiterates that is doesn’t matter if you’re sexually, emotionally or spiritually abused; your life is not over.
